Armed Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer with armed experience. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will engage with people across all shifts, ensuring safety while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required

Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Set schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (40 hours per week).

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
