Armed Security Officer

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required
• Must own a weapon

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $16.28 (unarmed) / $21.54 (armed).

Schedule

• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (unarmed)
• Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (armed)
• 32 hours per week
