Armed Security Guard - Flex

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols
• Control site access
• Monitor for security concerns
• Respond to incidents as needed

Requirements

• Prior military, law enforcement, corrections, or armed security experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pass all required background and drug screenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of verifiable experience
• Licenses required vary by state and/or local laws
• Must be at least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
