About the role
Location: Beaumont, TX 77706
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 4:45 pm. Daily pay options are available with payout as soon as the next day.
Responsibilities
- Access control
- Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
- Patrols in a company‑marked vehicle (driving history must be exemplary, free of tickets, accidents, or marks)
- Foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe unusual activities at client facilities
- Theft and vandalism deterrence
- Ensure a safe and professional work environment for the client, its associates, and facility personnel
- Enforce campus rules and regulations
- Safeguard school grounds from suspicious people and activity
- Patrol and supervise the school campus
- Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation
- Adhere to uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and report‑writing experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable working with children and teenagers
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year armed security experience (required)
- Previous law‑enforcement or military experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Level 3 Armed Security License (required)
- CPR training (preferred)
Equipment Requirements
- Provide your own body armor: tactical outer carrier, concealed inner carrier, 3a+ soft armor
- Duty belt with MOLLE attachments
- OC spray, handcuffs, and a baton
- Provide your own duty weapon with at least two spare magazines
Pay
$19 per hour.
