Responsibilities

  • Secure premises and protect personnel by patrolling property and monitoring access points.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and access areas to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Prevent losses and damage by identifying irregularities, enforcing site policies, and reporting incidents.
  • Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain safety and order.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports documenting observations, incidents, and daily activities.
  • Interview witnesses and obtain relevant information when investigating security events.
  • Maintain operational readiness by completing preventive maintenance checks, reporting issues, and coordinating repairs.
  • Follow all management and client instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer).
  • Reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to both routine and emergency situations.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Positions available in Galena Park, Texas.
  • Flexible scheduling available with a maximum 36-hour workweek (non-consecutive).
  • Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
