Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures
• Control traffic by directing drivers
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences
• Interview witnesses and obtain signatures
• Ensure operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Follow instructions of managers and clients to provide the best service

Requirements

• Flexible schedule
• Pass drug and background tests
• Reliable transportation to and from job locations

Qualifications

• TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
• TX PSB Level II License
