The company seeks professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join the team in Seguin, Texas, and surrounding areas. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property while delivering a strong security presence through vigilance, customer service, and adherence to TriCorps’ standards of integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties while ensuring authorized entry.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security‑related incidents.
• Conduct patrols and observe activities to deter unauthorized behavior or safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client requests to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas PSB Level III Armed Security Officer license.
• Valid state identification.
• Reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time shifts available.
• Days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, school hours, and summer schedules.

Pay

$22.00 per hour
