Armed EP Agent - Overnight

Role Description

The Agent will provide a mix of close protection services and RST for high-profile individuals, offering complete security services, ensuring physical safety and maintaining secure environments.

• Planning and executing protective operations
• Carrying out advance security preparations
• Implementing security plans and protocols tailored to specific needs of each client
• Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized access
• Responding to incidents, screening individuals and vehicles, and monitoring surveillance systems
• Meticulously documenting activities and incidents and reporting safety or security concerns to supervisors
• Collaborating and frequently communicating with team members

Mandatory Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card
• Valid California CCW
• Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
• Valid CA Driver License
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement highly preferred
• Strong Physical Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response
• Experience in close protection and risk assessment in high-stakes environments
• Skilled in surveillance, situational awareness, attention to detail and threat analysis
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations
• Physical fitness, ability to respond quickly to situations; ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in detailed documentation and report writing is mandatory
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stellar Customer Service skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public
• Must agree to a background check
• Must agree to a drug test

Additional Qualifications

• TCCC / TECC preferred
• Professional Driving Training preferred
• Law enforcement and/or military experience preferred

Pay

Pay is based on Experience and Tenure. Ranges from 40-45$.
