Job Duties
As an armored truck driver/messenger, you are responsible for:
- The safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring comfort with heavy lifting.
- Issuing and receiving confirmation receipts to verify each transfer.
- Acting in a professional manner and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Operating large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions, ensuring safety and vigilance in all areas.
- Fulfilling the requirement to have and maintain necessary licenses for armed driving/messanging roles.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid and clean driver's license.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits/licenses as required by state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication both in person and by radio.
- Willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions, including heavy lifting (50 lbs+).
