ARLO AM Server Full time

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout, genuine service that wakes guests up better than their first cup of coffee
• Master the menu (yes, even the modifiers) and confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections
• Anticipate guest needs before they even ask—breakfast mind-reading is a plus
• Keep tables tidy, orders accurate, and service flowing smoothly during busy morning rushes
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, energetic vibe on the floor
• Handle transactions with accuracy and accountability
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards (even if it’s “just brunch”)

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, fine dining experience required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A naturally upbeat, guest-first attitude—mornings can be early, but you still bring the sunshine
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
• Availability to work mostly mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
• California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.75/hr

Full-time team members work mostly mornings, weekends, and holidays.
