This position plays a critical role in supporting the mission and values of Baptist Health. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• One year of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
