Arizona Cleaner Incumbent
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within an assigned facility.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas
- Replenish supplies and maintain organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients, employees, and visitors
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
