Ariba & SAP Procurement Analyst

About the role

This position will directly support the Ariba & SAP Procurement functions, providing analytical and tactical support. This role will be key to the accuracy and success of Ariba as it will have day-to-day responsibility for key pieces of functional master data within Ariba. The Analyst will work cross-functionally and support efforts to optimize systems, policies, and procedures that support the Procurement process. As a member of the Procurement team, the analyst will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, third-party partners, Accounts Payable, and the Master Data Management team to drive performance within the procurement community.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and maintenance of Ariba (catalogs/contracts, etc.)
• Assist with SAP Pricing Contracts, updating pricing
• Assist cross-functionally to solve issues that arise, supporting users
• Help resolve invoice/PO discrepancies utilizing SAP, Ariba, Esker
• Key Change Request for master data changes for Procurement team
• Assist with development and publication of reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• Assist with development and publication of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or QRGs for Ariba
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as required

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Supply Chain or related experience
• BA, BS, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or related field
• SAP experience is preferred, not required

Pay

Salary Range: $61,820 – $81,140
