Aria Lounge Bartender

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our Aria Lounge team at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. The Aria Lounge is a contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Taking and serving guest orders using the MICROS operating system to high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Keeping a quick pace and lifting heavy trays up to 30 lbs when necessary.
• Making guests feel special during busy nights.
• Operating in a team-oriented environment, being a night owl and willing to work up to 10-12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Relentlessly reliable and able to handle busy nights.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledgeable about making guests feel special in a high-volume setting.
• Proficient in using the MICROS operating system.
