This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the United States and may be performed remotely. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near Atlanta, Georgia, or within commuting distance of a CGI office. Your future duties and responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and enhance ARGO Teller functionality supporting branch and teller operations. Develop solutions supporting teller transactions, customer servicing, account inquiries, monetary transactions, and related branch workflows. Support ARGO Teller upgrades, application modernization, and conversion related development activities. Develop and maintain interfaces between ARGO Teller and core banking, customer information, authentication, fraud, and other enterprise systems. Support API and integration development required to exchange customer, account, transaction, and operational data with connected applications. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ARGO Teller application designs and development solutions. Troubleshoot application, transaction processing, interface, and performance issues and implement appropriate remediation. Support configuration and development of teller controls, transaction rules, workflows, and application functionality. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and ARGO/vendor resources throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, release planning, and deployment activities. Support system, integration, and regression testing by researching defects and implementing required application fixes. Develop and maintain technical documentation for application components, interfaces, configurations, and operational dependencies. Support production implementation, application stabilization, and ongoing technical support activities. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role 5+ years of application development experience within banking or financial services. Hands on experience developing, configuring, or supporting ARGO Teller or comparable branch/teller banking applications. Strong understanding of teller and branch banking processes, including customer servicing, monetary transactions, account inquiries, and transaction processing. Experience developing and supporting integrations between teller applications and core banking systems. Experience with APIs, web services, database technologies, and enterprise application integrations. Strong SQL and data analysis skills with the ability to research customer, account, and transaction level issues. Experience troubleshooting complex application, integration, and production issues. Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing support, deployment, and production stabilization. Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting ARGO Teller upgrades, conversions, or modernization initiatives. Experience integrating ARGO Teller with FIS, Jack Henry, or other core banking platforms. Knowledge of customer information systems, fraud controls, authentication services, and other systems supporting teller operations. Experience with REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration technologies. Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and modern application deployment practices. Experience supporting bank mergers, core conversions, or large scale banking transformation programs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Experience supporting highly available, customer facing banking applications with stringent security and operational requirements. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere within the US. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00.
