Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Managers in achieving operational excellence across a portfolio of multifamily communities.
- Meet or exceed budgeted revenue, occupancy, expense management, and profitability objectives.
- Deliver exceptional owner experiences by proactively anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
- Drive execution of company initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational best practices throughout the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase efficiency, and enhance the resident and team member experience.
- Support business development efforts, including acquisitions, transitions, client relationships, and growth initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that strengthen Peak Living's market position and long-term success.
