We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro paragraph: "Our values start with our people, join a team that values you! Bring your talents to Ross, our leading off-price retail chain with over 2,200 stores, and a strong track record of success and growth. Our focus has always been bringing our customers a constant stream of high-quality brands and on-trend merchandise at extraordinary savings. All while providing a fun and exciting treasure hunt experience. As Part Of Our Team, You Will Experience Success. Our winning team pursues excellence while learning and evolvingCareer growth. We develop industry leading talent because Ross grows when our people growTeamwork. We work together to solve the hard problems and find the right solutionOur commitment to Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, and our community. We celebrate the backgrounds, identities, and ideas of those who work and shop with us because our differences make us stronger. We strive to be a positive force in our community. Our Corporate headquarters are in Dublin, CA, we have 3 buying offices in key markets in New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston, and 8 distribution centers nationwide. With 2023 revenues of $20.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams." That's about the company, could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company overview under "About the role". Or maybe we can have "About the role" includes description of role and company. Then "GENERAL PURPOSE" paragraph: "The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty. Area Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. They ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean work area at all times. Area Supervisors are also responsible for executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed." That's responsibilities. Then "Essential Functions" with many bullet-like sentences. We need to convert to
  • . The content includes many responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environments, Customer Service, Personal and Store Brand, General Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Front End Supervision And Operations, Fitting Rooms, Administrative Duties As Assigned By Store Manager. We can group them under Responsibilities maybe, but we already have a Responsibilities section. Could split into sub-sections? The instruction says use headings for those categories; we can have a single Responsibilities section containing all duties as list items. Then "Competencies" list: Manages Work Processes Business Acumen Plans, Aligns & Prioritizes Developing Talent Collaboration Leading by Example Communication Ensures Accountability & Execution These could be under Skills or Qualifications? Probably Skills. Then "Qualifications & Special Skills Required" list: Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments. Ability to work evenings and weekends. These are qualifications/skills. Then "EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS" but actually it's "Physical Requirements". The heading says "EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS Physical Requirements". Actually the text: "EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs. Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop. Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store. Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required. Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies. Associates who work Stockroom shifts: Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 20 pounds. Supervisory Responsibilities Certain assignments may require other qualifications and skills. Retail Associates Stockroom Leads (where applicable)". This seems like physical requirements and maybe education/certifications not specified. There's no explicit education requirement. So we may not have Education/Certifications content; we can skip that section. Then "DISCLAIMER" etc. Remove. Then pay range: "The base pay range for this role $18.40 to $21.78. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location." Thus we have Pay section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of "continuous learning opportunities and development" but that's more about company values. No explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless stated. So skip. Schedule: Not explicitly stated. There's "Ability to work evenings and weekends." That's schedule requirement but not schedule details. Could we create Schedule section? The instruction says only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like full-time, part-time, shift times. So we should not create Schedule. Thus sections: About the role (company overview + general purpose?), Responsibilities (essential functions), Qualifications (education/certifications? maybe combine with Skills), Skills (competencies + qualifications & special skills). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - About the role: company overview paragraph (the first big paragraph) plus maybe the GENERAL PURPOSE? Actually GENERAL PURPOSE is more about role. Could combine. Better: About the role: company overview (values, stores, etc.) plus GENERAL PURPOSE description. Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (broken into items). Qualifications: Education/Certifications? Not present. Could skip. Skills: Competencies list + Qualifications & Special Skills Required list. Pay: Pay range. We must not invent sections like Education if no content. Thus output:
