The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, overseeing a specific area and general operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment, customer service, general merchandising, loss prevention, front end supervision, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treat all associates and customers with respect
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and cleanliness
• Manage the front-end operations and train associates
• Supervise fitting rooms and ensure compliance with company policy
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
