Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, overseeing a specific area and assisting in the general operations and supervision of the store. This position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by practicing safe behaviors and immediately correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Manage customer safety, accident prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Represent and support the Company brand at all times.
• Manage the front end, fitting rooms, and administrative duties as assigned.
• Supervise and train associates on various aspects of the retail environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
