Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, overseeing a specific area and managing the general operations and supervision of the store. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed
• Manage the front-end operations, including training and coaching associates on cash registers and shortage control policies
• Supervise fitting rooms and ensure their cleanliness and proper maintenance
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the store manager

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
