Area Supervisor

Job Summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee facility services including inspections, payroll, budget, schedules, and supply control. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, dependability, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee different accounts including inspections, payroll, budget, schedules, and supply control
• Follow instructions from VP-SVP and complete all tasks effectively
• Prior cleaning experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish - English) a plus
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Janitor experience a plus but will train
• Reliable transportation

• Part-time pay rate: $25.00/hr
• Hours: 25 hours/week, 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
