About the role
We’re looking for a dependable Area Supervisor to lead field operations and support Water Purification teams across multiple project sites. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and safety oversight to ensure systems operate efficiently, customer expectations are met, and field teams are positioned for success.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, support, and evaluate Site Technicians and Field Service Technicians across assigned territories.
- Travel regularly to project sites to provide technical guidance, operational support, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements.
- Conduct field audits, inspections, and observations to promote a strong safety culture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, process, and system performance issues.
- Assist with chemical handling, dosing, and treatment processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, piping, membranes, filtration equipment, and related systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters and system performance to ensure contractual and operational requirements are achieved.
- Calibrate, inspect, and maintain testing and monitoring equipment.
- Review operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Cook up manpower, resources, and scheduling activities across multiple job sites.
- Provide technical training and development support for field personnel.
- Communicate project status, customer concerns, and operational updates to management.
- Complete electronic reports documenting technician performance, site activity, safety observations, and system operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in water purification, water treatment, mechanical systems, industrial operations, chemical processes, or a related technical field.
- Previous supervisory, leadership, or multi-site operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and operational best practices.
- Proficiency with computers, reporting software, and digital documentation systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, travel frequently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to do manual labor and frequently move equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in industrial environments for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around industrial equipment, chemicals, noise, and required PPE.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and respond to operational needs as required.
