About the Role
This role is responsible for lead generation and sales, working with the District Manager to sell Cynosure’s line of innovative technologies and exceed territory sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales objectives.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers, provide technical information, demonstrate company products, and quote prices.
- Develop accounts and manage territory effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information.
- Acquire product knowledge through training and competitive analysis.
- Attend company workshops and training sessions.
- Embody and live the company’s values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s degree = 3 years of experience).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the laser industry or B2B sales.
Skills
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments in a capital equipment environment.
- Experience developing relationships with customers.
- Self-starter with high motivation and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex processes to drive sales.
- Strong, creative problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships across functional teams.
Physical Demands
