Responsibilities

• Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new accounts in a highly competitive environment.
• Manage a Pipeline: Maintain the high activity levels required to keep a full pipeline, effectively navigating longer sales cycles.
• Sell value over price by utilizing exceptional listening and questioning skills to advise prospects on the best solutions for their requirements.
• Work independently from your home office, proactively planning your weeks and mapping out daily routes for maximum impact and efficiency in the field.

Requirements

• Relevant employment references.
• Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (and be subject to ongoing random drug screens as required for all fleet vehicle drivers).
• Must live in and be able to travel locally throughout the Grants Pass / Medford territory.
