About the role
You will contribute to keeping the energy supply stable in the future by developing and executing sales activities to grow business within your assigned region or customer group, identifying new market opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, advising customers on products and solutions, preparing and following up on offers, leading negotiations, supporting contract agreements, conducting regular customer visits, presentations, and trainings to strengthen partnerships, and analyzing market trends and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities to grow business within your assigned region or customer group
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Advise customers on products and solutions, working closely with internal experts when needed
- Prepare and follow up on offers, lead negotiations, and support contract agreements
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and trainings to strengthen partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
- You have a degree in electrical engineering or relevant hands-on experience in the electrical power industry
- You have at least 5 years of experience in energy technology, substations, transformers, or similar fields
- You have a sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- You have strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- You take ownership of your work and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and engage directly with customers
