Responsibilities
- Buys cars
- Ensure the efficient running of branches
- Main point of contact for customers
- Contact customers and prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets
- Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues through
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
- Able to organize and prioritize own workload
- Able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Excellent administration and IT skills
