Responsibilities
- Meet Sales and Corporate Business Objectives
- Meet/exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and create and execute the national sales strategy
- Derive and manage sales goals at the district level and the associated incentive compensation programs
- Grow and Develop Sales Team
- Manage a best-in-class sales organization consisting of District Sales Managers and ADHD Specialists
- Ensure team members meet training goals and develop rapidly into subject matter experts
- Coach team members individually to perform as a high-functioning unit
- Implement and contribute to succession plans to ensure appropriate talent is in place for long-term business goals
- Work Cross Functionally with all Internal Stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Operations and Marketing
- Identify opportunities in the marketplace, share best practices, and proactively communicate strategies to cross-functional partners
- Create and Grow Culture
- Support and execute awards and recognition programs to retain and attract top talent
- Retain top talent by ensuring appropriate development programs are executed to grow and develop people
- Live and embody a culture that keeps patients at the center of all activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required, advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 5 years as a first line sales leader
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Successfully navigate and adapt to change
- Demonstrated ability to lead specifically to the person and situation
- Ability to adapt to different environments as necessary to compliantly achieve success in all situations
- Able to effectively communicate via multiple channels with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results across diverse team
- Demonstrated exceptional qualitative and quantitative/analytical skills
Pay
Pay Range: $240,000 USD - $280,000 USD
