Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to lead a team of hourly workforce as an Area Manager. You will engage your team during shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
Our operations workflow includes three major components: First mile (product storage and order readiness), Middle mile (order transportation to your area), and Last mile (product delivery to the customer’s door). While workflows may vary slightly, our commitment to customer satisfaction remains constant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage a team of hourly employees to uphold safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
- Maintain customer expectations by ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
Pay
Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,900 USD annually (location: USA, OH, Middleburg Heights).
