Area Manager--Knoxville Metro--Morning shift

About the role

Responsible for overseeing operations in the Knoxville Metro area during morning shifts. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage team performance through regular check-ins and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
