Area Manager I, Fulfillment

As the Fulfillment Supervisor at Factor you will be a key member of the HelloFresh operations team. This position reports to the Fulfillment Manager and takes a hands‑on leadership role throughout production and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic operations within receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution, and logistics.
• Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads.
• Work alongside the team to ensure maximum productivity and follow management directives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies, as well as PPE/hygiene requirements.
• Manage essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, distribution) to maintain high productivity and technical integrity.
• Perform internal audits and address non‑conformities from previous internal and external audits.
• Create and implement processes and procedures; relay quality philosophy to all warehouse personnel.
• Interact with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients.
• Follow up on and close pending preventive and corrective action requests.
• Ensure documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
• Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.
• Provide employees with necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a supervisor.
• Experience satisfying customers in technology‑driven, developing companies.

Pay

Arizona pay range: $52,000 — $60,600 USD.

Schedule

Friday to Monday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm shift.
