Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, identify associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders.
What you'll do...
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
- Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety.
- Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to maintain productivity.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor associate compliance to policies and procedures, distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others, and taking corrective actions.
- Serve as a leader by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures.
- Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and attracting and retaining talent.

Minimum Qualifications
- Average: Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager.

Additional Compensation
Annual salary range: $65,500.00 - $98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
