Lead with confidence as our Area Manager for Inventory Operations! Are you a people leader with a passion for driving efficiency and excellence? We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize inventory operations within our business.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce WIS’s commitment to our people and team development
• Work directly with District and Regional Leadership to ensure our people remain our strongest asset
• Provide hands-on leadership in a competitive, structured, energetic, and demanding work environment
• Successfully plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team of inventory professionals during inventory events
• Drive customer service through productivity, accuracy, length of inventory measurements, and maintaining strong professional standards and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Assure solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control, and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production
• Show strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent for future bench strength
• Work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, and/or MVR check
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet the Fleet driver requirements as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position
• Professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and strong ability to work with others

Skills

• People and team leadership skills
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly

Pay

Starting at $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule

Varying hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules
