About the role
Serves as a key member of the care team, providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to residents.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to healthcare providers
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
