for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we need to decide which of those headings have content.
We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (basic qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe communication etc), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But they are separate headings. We'll provide both if we have content.
Requirements: basic qualifications (degree timeline) and work authorization, no sponsorship, relocation benefits? Actually relocation benefits is more of a benefit. But we can include under Requirements: degree timeline, work authorization, no sponsorship, site placement matching, relocation benefits? Might be okay.
Qualifications: preferred qualifications (communication, customer service, interpersonal, degree field).
Skills: maybe we can list communication, customer service, interpersonal as skills. But that duplicates preferred qualifications. Could instead put under Skills: strong communication skills, customer service, interpersonal. But we already have them under Qualifications. Might be redundant but okay.
Alternatively we could treat Qualifications as preferred qualifications and Skills as something else like "Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, operate PIT equipment, etc." But those are more responsibilities. Hmm.
Given the instruction, we should follow the headings exactly. Let's assign:
- About the role: description of position, location, fast-paced, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: basic qualifications (degree timeline, work authorization, no sponsorship).
- Qualifications: preferred qualifications (communication, customer service, interpersonal, degree field).
- Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like "Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, operate pallet jacks and PIT equipment, work in variable noise environment, climb stairs". But those are more physical requirements; could be under Requirements as well. However we already used Requirements for basic qualifications. Could move physical requirements to Skills.
- Benefits: medical, financial, other benefits, health insurance details, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, relocation benefits, sign-on payments, RSUs? Actually sign-on payments and RSUs are compensation, but could be under Benefits or Pay. We'll put under Benefits: medical, financial, other benefits, health insurance details, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, relocation benefits.
- Pay: base salary range, sign-on payments, RSUs.
- Schedule: shift patterns, up to 12 hour shifts, nights/weekends/holidays, 4-day work week.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines.
Now craft HTML.
We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
Let's write:

We must ensure no markdown fences. Output just HTML. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO, accommodation, etc. We removed duplicated lines. We kept all substantive info. Check if any content missing: mention "Extensive training and development" under About the role maybe. Could add to About the role: Amazon provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. Also mention "As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed". We can incorporate. Add to About the role paragraph. Also mention "Visit www.aboutamazon.com/workplace/facilities to find more information on each of our building types." Could be included but maybe not essential; it's a link but not boilerplate. Could include as a sentence. Also mention "Please note we are not able to provide sponsorship now or in the future for these positions." Already in Requirements. Also mention "Eligible candidates must have work authorization without employer intervention to be considered." Already. Also mention "This posting encompasses all openings in the state(s) listed in title. Site placement is matched by aligning your location preferences with location availability after your interview." Could be under About the role or Requirements. Might add to About the role. Also mention "Relocation benefits are offered at time of offer to eligible candidates." Already in Benefits. Also mention "Key job responsibilities" list we used. Also mention "While shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off." Already.
