Area Manager 2026 – New England (Recent and Upcoming Graduates)

Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates

1. Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
2. Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
3. Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs

Key job responsibilities:

• Oversee truck deliveries
• Handle and sort packages using pallet jacks
• Operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities)
• Step in as needed

Responsibilities:

• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Climb and descend stairs (when applicable)

Requirements:

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
• Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026

Pay:

• Base salary range: $65,200.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually

Schedule:

• Shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off
