Area Manager 2026 – CO, NV, UT (Recent and Upcoming Graduates), JAN1

About the role

This is not a corporate, remote or office-based position. This is a full-time, entry level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings.

Responsibilities

• Engage, lead and develop a team of hourly employees across Amazon’s Operations network.
• Motivate, mentor and manage your team to meet goals.
• Ensure your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance at work.
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities) and step in as needed.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Climb and descend stairs (when applicable).

Requirements

Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.

Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.

Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below.

• USA, CO, Aurora - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, CO, Colorado Springs - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, NV, Las Vegas - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, UT, Salt Lake City - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
