At Windsor Communities, we are seeking an Area Leasing Consultant II to join our team in Pasadena, CA and Studio City, CA. This role involves maximizing earning potential and building a rewarding career through sales and leasing activities.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
- Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
- Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
- Get creative and help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
Requirements
- Strong commission structure with additional incentives for top performers.
- Hourly starting rate is $23.52 per hour or $48,921 annually, with a full range of $23.52 - $29.40 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential: $60,921 ($48,921 base + $12,000 bonus) or $79,152 ($61,152 base + $18,000 bonus).
- Quarterly rewards for sales excellence: Gold Elite (Top 50%), Platinum Elite (Top 25%), and Premiere League (Top 5%).
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Success: 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.

- Front-Line Sales: Direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers—not just answering questions.
- Weekend Availability: To capture peak leasing traffic.
- Energetic & Engaging: High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
- Experience: From high-touch, customer-facing industries including Automotive Sales, Time Share & Vacation Ownership Sales, Real Estate Sales, Financial Services & Insurance Sales, Tech & SaaS Sales, Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Sales, Recruitment & Staffing Sales.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
