Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
- Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
- Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
- Implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Success: 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.

- Front-Line Sales: Direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers—not just answering questions.
- Weekend Availability: To capture peak leasing traffic.
- Energetic & Engaging: High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
- Experience: Salespeople from high-touch, customer-facing industries including: Automotive Sales (Luxury & General), Time Share & Vacation Ownership Sales, Real Estate Sales (New Homes, Leasing, Brokerage), Financial Services & Insurance Sales, Tech & SaaS Sales (High-Ticket Inside/Outside Sales), Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Sales, Recruitment & Staffing Sales.
Pay
- Hourly: Starting rate is $22.80 per hour or $47,424 annually. The full range is $22.80 - $28.50 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $59,424 ($47,424 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $77,280 ($59,280 base + $18,000 bonus)
Schedule
- Full-time position requiring weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
