About the role
Drive sales growth in the designated territory, manage a team of sales representatives, and develop strategic partnerships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing strategic partnerships with key clients
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to maintain relationships and discuss potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 50%
