Position Description

• You would be fully engaged and responsible for successfully coordinating and directing activities within your assigned region through subordinate managers.
• You will continually monitor operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans.
• In carrying out assigned responsibilities, you must ensure that all personnel under his/her operational control comply with all clients, government, corporate and division policies, and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management and/or leadership experience required (service industry preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Must provide proof upon hire of legal status to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check and MVR check
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize while running an effective shift
• Requires bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting (up to 25 pounds, as necessary)
• Ability to travel to other restaurants, meeting venues, etc.
