Position Description

As an Area Director, you will oversee our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants. You will make sure to communicate between your teams and the support center, so everyone stays in the loop. You will focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations. This role lays the foundation for high-performing restaurants and happy, motivated crew members.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of leadership and management experience in the restaurant industry. A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills, a passion for quality service, and a commitment to employee development are essential.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
