About the Role
Arosa is seeking a leader to manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue through localized sales and marketing, build community partnerships, and oversee a multidisciplinary team for a premier national in-home care provider serving older adults and their families.
We’ve seen exceptional leaders emerge from in-home care, staffing, retail, hospitality, and other service-based industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement growth strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of clients and caregivers.
- Serve as a key leader in community activities to enhance the company’s presence, reputation, and revenue growth.
- Attract and retain high-caliber talent, develop diverse teams, provide necessary resources, and coach staff to achieve office goals.
- Evaluate, implement, and improve efforts for attracting, training, retaining, and valuing caregivers.
- Monitor office operations to ensure excellence in staffing, care management, recruiting, and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may fulfill this requirement.
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience with a proven ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams.
