Area Director
Position Purpose
The Area Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving business outcomes, including unit and revenue growth, market share, and Company-Owned Retail Operations (CORO) profitability within their assigned areas. They provide regional oversight and hold primary profit and loss accountability for multiple COROs and managing their assigned affiliate accounts. They lead strategic planning, drive operational execution, and implement initiatives to deliver exceptional sales and service outcomes across the network.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides strategic direction for CORO General Managers (GMs) and Region Managers (RMs) that support the achievement of annual operational metrics (bookings, COM, Net Sales, Operating profit, Safety performance and Customer Experience).
- 20% Articulates and coach others to live the Andersen values and attributes.
- Supports the development of GMs and leaders to ensure each market has strong leadership and is developing a talent bench within the branch for each leadership function.
- PARTNERS WITH MARKETING AND CENTRALIZED LEADERS TO SUPPORT BUSINESS OUTCOMES AND X85 MSS GROWTH INITIATIVES TO ENSURE THAT EACH BRANCH HAS THE APPROPRIATE CAPACITY THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS TO SUPPORT MISSION X85 GROWTH INITIATIVES.
- PARTNERS WITH RENEWAL NETWORK LEADERSHIP (BOTH CORO AND AFFILIATE) IN SHARING AND IMPLEMENTING BEST PRACTICES, SHARING PILOT EXPERIENCES WITH NEW CONCEPTS AND CONTINUED BUSINESS ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES.
- STRATEGICALLY PARTNER WITH RENEWAL MARKETING AND OTHER CENTRALIZED FUNCTIONS TO USE CORO BRANCHES AS TEST SITES FOR NEW PRODUCTS AND/OR MARKETING PRACTICES TO BE INCORPORATED IN THE TEMPLATE THAT IS ROULETTE TO NON-COMPANY OWNED LOCATIONS.
- REPRESENTS CORO AND ARO ON NETWORK-WIDE TEAMS AND INITIATIVES, SUPPORTING FUNCTIONAL GROWTH INITIATIVES.
Minimum Qualification, Skill And/Or Competency Requirements
- Lives Andersen’s Values
- A minimum of 10 + years’ sales management and leadership experience with increasing responsibilities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous profit and loss responsibility, with a proven track record of profitable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates, business owners, and homeowners.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to promote rapid growth of Renewal sales and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into operational objectives and deliver plan results.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Pay Range
$165,460.00 - $264,740.00
