About the role
We are seeking an Area Compliance Support Coordinator in the Ann Arbor, MI area.
Responsibilities
- Support Section 8 and Tax Credit communities in southeast Michigan with file audit prep
- Support file audit response
- Oversight of EIV
- MOR pre-inspections and prep
- Special claims processing
- Internal file and compliance auditing
- Onsite compliance training
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in affordable housing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
