About the role
We are looking for an individual with a high level of dental insurance experience to join our exceptional dental team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing claims to be submitted to insurance
- Receiving and posting insurance claims
- Submitting preauthorizations
- Receiving pre-authorizations
- Resubmitting claims with documentation
- Investigating and resolving aging insurance claims
- Determining benefits and patient amounts
Skills
- Dental insurance knowledge
- Dentrix experience (a plus)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with one hour for lunch.
