ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Ultrasound (24 Hours) (PRN)

About the Role

Plans, coordinates, supervises, and carries out the activities of the ultrasound area. Work is performed independently in a professional manner with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise ultrasound area activities
• Carry out diagnostic medical sonography tasks

Requirements

• Technical or vocational school plus up to 2 years of specialty training
• No prior work experience required
• Must obtain CPR (Healthcare Provider) certification within 30 days of hire
• Must possess or obtain one of the following credentials within 18 months of hire to maintain employment:
  • ARDMS (RDMS, RVT, RDCS, RDS)
  • CCI (ACS, RCCS, RCS, or RVS)
  • ARRT(S)
• ARDMS, CCI, or registry eligible for either
