About the role

You will join an internal team and handle the executive management of apartment-layout projects purchased by clients, overseeing both the technical and administrative aspects. After the sale, you will take ownership of the client’s project and guide it through to completion, working closely with suppliers, technical staff, and the client. Your responsibilities will include monitoring costs, tracking work progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical and administrative execution of apartment-layout projects for clients.
• Acquire client projects post-sale and oversee their full realization.
• Collaborate with suppliers, technical personnel, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project costs, progress, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Understanding of construction-site dynamics, costs, and documentation.
• Strong relational and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and seriousness.

Placement level and salary will be evaluated based on the candidate’s experience.
