About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and support of all company software and hardware
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff members
- Respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT management experience
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system administration, and software development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
