About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and support of all company software and hardware
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff members
• Respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT management experience
• Strong knowledge of network administration, system administration, and software development
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
