The Amt für Immobilien- und Baumanagement is seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer (m/w/d) for high-rise building planning. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dessau-Roßlau.
Responsibilities
- High-rise building planning and design
- Project management for construction projects
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience in high-rise building planning
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD and other planning software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
