The position is located at Amt für Immobilien- und Baumanagement in Dessau-Roßlau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive planning documents for large-scale construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for construction phases.
• Oversee the coordination between different departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in high-rise construction planning.
• Proficiency in using architectural and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
